Great stay

I would stay here again.

Hotel looked new. It was very clean in all areas. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Its also in a good neighborhood with shops only a few minutes away. I would definitely stay here again if I was anywhere in the area.

I never got a chance to stay. They said the date I booked for was filled. But I received a reservation for the following week which I could not use. I called the hotel. They said they were unable to help me. I couldn't even resolve the issue of being booked the following week. So, you guys just took money from me, with no way to fix the issue. I was going to stop the payment through my bank, but I was extremely busy and forgot. I feel this is bad business.

we come visit family a lot in Lawrenceville and have stayed in almost all the hotels around the area and this has been our best experience

I loved every bit of it. The front desk was so awesome and very kind. Rebecca was great. The next front front deak attendant at night, which I didnt remember her name came to my room to help with the remote that was not working. I love feeling like my comfort is priority.

Parking and access was a breeze.

Everything was great other than the TV had a short in it. Would not come on. Called the desk and all they could do was apologize. Not sure what the other options would have been, but for the type of stay we had, we planned on a night in watching a movie. Would not come on then would come on, go off, come on, go off. Staff was polite, just a little unhelpful in our situation.

The place was very calm and safe. But there was no bacon at breakfast.

Someone shattered my windshield day 1 of parking my luxury SUV there. It looked like it was intentional, tried to see if we could find it in the camera. Manager never contacted me who had access to the video. Room was clean and with excellent amenities, terrible breakfast ( mostly inedible ) all mornings we stayed.

I enjoyed everything about my stay except that the TV was in an odd place. Right by the bed on the wall near the bathroom. Everytime me or my mother went to the bathroom we had to b3 careful not to bump into it. We couldn't understand why it wasn't against the wall directly in front of the beds away from foot traffic. Otherwise it was clean and comfy. Nice complimentary breakfast.
