Beautiful place with excellent service I would recommend it anytime

Our stay was amazing! I would definitely return. Our room was gorgeous, the food was really good at all the restaurants we tried, the drinks were well made, the staff were all friendly. Also, shoutout to our butler Reynaldo for being super attentive to our needs!

Overall very nice relaxing resort. Very good restaurants. Chose Live Aqua Punta Cana because of 2 excellent vacations at Live Aqua Cancun. From a service and overall experience Cancun is better. The vacation saver for us was a server named Confesor who took care of us for 3 days that we spent enjoying our private suite pool. Excellent! 2nd night at resort ordered room service. Worst in room dining experience for us at any resort. 45 minutes late and cold. Butler Alex tried to make up to us throughout stay. Good effort just not the same as Cancun. Have to mention Salvador our breakfast server for most mornigs - excellent! He gets it.

I've visited many hotels in the Dominican Republic, and this is the best. The food, service, and everything else is excellent. It's just a little boring at night because there aren't many nightlife options, and the nightclub is boring. Afterwards, everything's fine.

Great room on the fuego top floor with private inphinity pool. Lots of different food options. Took care of all our needs.

It used to be one of my favorite hotels but quality is bad this time.

The facilities are absolutely beautiful. The swim up bar is 1 of the nicest I’ve ever seen with plenty of seating and shade to cool off.
