The host was friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Self check-in and check-out was convenient. The location is near convenience stores, food places, and even a laundromat. The place is also near USM, so it's good for anyone staying just for a while to attend a conference. If there is anything you need, you can chat with the host. I recommend this place 👍.

It is located near the Sungai Niboh Bus Station. You can see the house with big letter 'Lee Luxury Homes' by the roadside. Very clean room, easy to find food and minimart.
