Great stay in at great location

Noise from club down stairs - moved rooms at 2230 with an 8 year old who was in tears

We’re on bicycles visiting from Australia. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful ( especially Chubu , sorry for the spelling) Everyone went out of their way to solve an issue that arose and we were overwhelmed by all the help we received. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic catering for our intolerances . Highly recommend this hotel.

Terrific option in Gaborone. As good as it gets!

front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Security is very excellent. I liked the restaurant; the food was up to a point and very delicious. The hotel parking was on point and very good accessibility to the hotel lobby. The surrounding area is very clean and the city of Gaborone by itself is very clean. We felt very safe and welcome. If coming back to Gaborone, I would definitely like to come to this place again. Hertz car rental is at the hotel vicinity.

Very comfortable stay.

In the heart of CBD, close to BITC and Riverwalk Mall. Great road infrastructure to get around the city and out of the city close to the airport. Perfect location!

The staff were always willing to assist, as needed, in a timely manner. No matter how all the request, they were always there with a smile to help. The resort is also well kept which important considering the other resort options in the neighboring areas.

The most impressive aspect of the hotel was the friendliness and professionalism of everyone we had contact with during our stay at the hotel.

For the best accommodation for business travel in Gaborone, the hotel seems to have relaxed in its effort to keep on top. Housekeeping is a chaos. They tidy the bed but don’t put shampoo, body wash nor coffee. You have to ask for this everyday. Instructions for early breakfast for guest observing the month of Ramadan has to be repeated everyday. Lifts not always working. TV channels not working. My worst experience ever in Gaborone. I don’t think I’m going back to this hotel in the near future.

It's hilton so we expect excellent services overall But it was quite strange to be asked to pay the whole bill in advance upon check-in and then te be told the night before the checkout day that they could not issue any invoice before the end of the whole stay (= the next day upon check out). Quite contradictory and problably due to the ignorance of all rules by the reception staff.

It was a great stay, but the restaurant opposite the hotel( Primi restaurant) played loud music till late during the week.
