Exceptional complete package.

Not as spacious as photos. Otherwise very complete and very new.

Very conveniently located close to train station. We enjoyed our stay here. Only minor issue was that the pillows are hard as rocks.

As someone who has never traveled out of the country, this was an amazing first hotel to use. The owners communicated everything very timely and the price was amazing. The walk to universal wasn’t bad either so the location is perfect. We would pick this hotel again for another trip.

It’s a nice little room for a family to stay together close to the Universal Studio. Not fancy but it’s an affordable option.

お部屋は良かったのですが、お布団シーツ類が湿っている感じがしました。折りたたみベッドでかなりの数ダニに刺され、初日以外使えませんでした。また夜大騒ぎしているゲストの方々がいました。金額重視したので仕方がないのかと思います。

Spacious, clean, well-equiped, and great price. This was the best value of any of the places that we stayed in while in Japan.

We took this as it was closish to Universal Studios. But it wasn't particularly close to a train station and a long walk to US, so cabs were needed. It's great that this had it's own mini-kitchen, but we had been spoiled by our first hotel (one of the Minn chain) which was similar but nicer. So check out Minn hotels before you book this! Or, if visiting Universal, maybe get one of the many hotels next to it, as the area there has far more amenities and restaurant choices (the area around this hotel is more residential, though there was a covered shopping area not far away).

We loved to staying at yusha's place!! It was so clean and convenient !!! Would stay again!!

Es war alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Die Größe des Zimmers / kleines Appartement war super. Nur die Wände sind sehr dünn und bei nächtlichen Feiern der Nachbarn ist schlafen nur schwer möglich. Es ist sonst alles da, was man braucht. Bahnstation ist fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls. Für einen Ausflug zum Park oder zur Expo gut geeignet. Danke für die problemlose Kommunikation und die tolle Unterstützung an den Gastgeber. Grüße aus Deutschland nach Osaka

最寄り駅からUSJに行くには近くて良かった。しかし最寄り駅から宿泊施設まで遠いし宿泊施設の周りに子連れで行けるような飲食店が無かった。 バスタブが無くてシャワーしか無いのも残念でした。施設自体はキレイで静かでした。

住宅街にあり、静かです。コンビニも近くて便利でしたが西九条駅から歩くには途中階段とかもあり大変かな？タクシーで移動して1500円かからないくらいでした。 お部屋は綺麗でした。家族4人じゃ少し狭いけどビジホに比べたら値段もお得‼︎ 一階に無料の洗濯機、乾燥機もありましたが干す場所ないのでハンガーを利用しました。

家族3人で　ゆったり過ごせる広々とした空間です　何よりも使い勝手の良さと清潔感 また利用したいと思います

1番広い2フロアある部屋に子供含む友達グループで泊まりました。とても広く清潔感（雰囲気）のある部屋で楽しく過ごしたのですが。。 元気なゴキブリ出ました。。まずは退治することから始まり… その後、事前に宿泊メンバー表送っているにも関わらず7名記名しましたが、住所も名前も違うのに一家族だと思われ、布団の割り振りが勝手。（ダブルベッドには2人で寝てくださいなど） こちらは予約画面に『布団9組ある』と書かれていたので使用するつもりで行っているのですが、それにはお金がかかるとのこと…追加料金の記載は表にないので要注意です。 さらに布団は部屋に備え付けられておらず、足りない分の布団のセットは清掃員を呼ばなければなりませんでした。それ待ちで、来たのは夜中の12時。。 またその件の対応途中の電話も、一旦タイミングが悪かったので10分後掛け直してくださいという要望するも、もかかってこず。こちらからかけると「失念していました」とのこと。。驚きです。 洗濯機は乾燥機はありません。 タオルは一人当たり1滞在バスタオルとフェイスタオル一枚ずつありますが、　トイレ用タオルキッチン用タオルはありません。 …相性がよくなかったのだと思います。そう思うようにしてます。 部屋の広さや雰囲気、周りの環境はとても好きだったのに…残念です。まだ伸び代だらけの宿泊施設かなと思いました。ホテルサービスに慣れている方にはおすすめできないですね。

Estuvo muy bien la reservacion y el lugar volveria sin problemas

O apartamento é bom e espaçoso acomoda bem 2 pessoas, o único ponto negativo é a distância até a estação (se estiver com malas, pode dificultar um pouco a locomoção até o apartamento. Se não estiver com malas é uma distância que dápara andar tranquilamente se tiver disposição). No geral bom custo benefício. Bem espaçoso se comparado a alguns hotéis da região.

大変綺麗でした。洗濯機も乾燥機もあるので、助かりました。

ユニバで一日歩きまくって帰ったらほんとにしにそーでした笑 ユニバですでにしんでましたが笑

USJに行くのに利用しました。USJまでタクシーで10分程度。 大阪までは自家用車で行き、近くのコインパーキングで止めました。24時間500〜700円のパーキングが近隣に多数有り。 最寄りの阪神千鳥橋駅までも徒歩圏内で、難波等大阪中心地に出るのにも便利でした。 部屋は家族四人でシングル布団4枚使いで十分な広さです。部屋も新しくきれい。 宿泊者に外国人のお客さんが多く多少騒がしい時間もありましたが（廊下の音は部屋の中によく聞こえます）、それが気にならなければ値段もとてもリーズナブルですし、オススメです。

管理人さんが良い方で、色々聞いたら教えて下さいました。傘の貸出や洗濯、乾燥もできる環境で良かったです。 徒歩5分以内にバス停やコンビニがあり、歩いていける距離に駅がありました。 テレビもYouTube視聴ができて、楽しかったです。 強いていうなら、2泊の際にタオルやゴミの取り替えを行って頂けると更に嬉しいです。 ３日間ありがとうございました。
