Super staff - nice room with amazing view. Only remark will be to have the pool open all night but wr understand it might be too noisy for the others. Thank you so much for everything !

Location is reasonably near to the train station. There is a 24 hour grocery store nearby which is convenient.

The people were fantastic, location was great right next to the Metro 7 minute walk! Room was stunning and views were amazing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Regis hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel was immaculate, with attention to cleanliness evident in every corner. Upon arrivall, Praveen and Raju went above and beyond to help me as I checked in. I was able to check in early for a small fee, which was extremely convenient given the fact that I just had a 14 hour flight and was extremely tired. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They not only carried all of my items to my room but also provided me with a bottle of water, a thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated after a long journey. During my stay, I dined at the hotel restaurant, where the staff was calm, patient, and reassuring when I momentarily couldn’t find my debit card. Their professionalism and kindness put me at ease, and I was able to enjoy a delicious smoothie as I sorted everything out. The kindness and care shown by the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Our room cleaner Sharbin was excellent. Always went above and beyond to make our turn down service more homey. We never had to wait for an elevator although we were on the 24th floor. Convenient location to the metro.

Amazing place with professional team in everything. Special thanks to front office team and lady security who helped to connect to the internet. I arrived earlier and they provided me a room without any extra charges. Iftar menu was so delicious!

It was clean, about 30 minutes from the downtown. A very safe place to stay.
