Room service was great, location excellent, breakfast was quite good compared to Europe.

Hotel located in downtown near all attraction and services such as Gallary mall and restaurants plus the old city together with the freedom square. It’s perfect . Staff very good welcome and friendly. But the lobby looks too old needs to be upgraded and light fixtures. Regards

It is not a really 5 stars hotel- the gym and pool are so tiny , that I ,d define them as a fake. The facilities are weared off ( stand of shower was broken , elevator and coffee machine were out of order). Breakfast was not at the level of 5 stars hotel. Cleanliness was far from OK both in the rooms and in restaurants , pool and gym. I ,d not recommend it to my friends

O like the place

It was a perfect stay at this wonderful hotel for my 50th birthday. The staff was so welcoming, warm, and friendly. They even surprised my with a special Gerogian cake for my 50th birthday. The room was spacious and clean. The free water was a plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to travel to beautiful Georgia! Thank you to the staff who really made my birthday extra special.

Very expensive for the service you get.

I wish I stayed longer to take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer. Most of my time was spent helping my brother prep for his wedding.

The hotel was at best okay. The rooms were decent but maid service was sloppy. Breakfast was disappointing for a five star hotel. Staff generally was not particularly friendly and did not make any real effort to serve. Three to four star service at five prices.

We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel has potential and a good location, but there are many areas that need serious improvement. Before our arrival, I emailed the hotel to ask about airport transfer. Unfortunately, nobody ever replied. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the window only looked out over the lobby area, so there was no natural light or outside view. The pillows were very large, hard, and uncomfortable. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. The door didn’t close properly, the plastic shower screen was far too short (ending about 50 cm above the floor), and there was no step to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. This meant the bathroom flooded completely on the first night, and the wet floor became extremely slippery and dangerous. After that, we resorted to showering in the gym facilities on the first floor. To make matters worse, the shower drain gurgled loudly at nights, filling the tray with foamy water, seemingly coming from other rooms. Breakfast offered a wide choice, but the quality was very low and the menu repetitive. The coffee machine was broken throughout our stay and could only be operated by a staff member using several tubes, which was very slow and created long queues every morning. The last straw came on our final day. After returning late from a tour, we wanted to sleep in before our late flight. Despite locking the door and hanging a "Do not disturb sign" a member wa

Terrible I definitely do not recommend it

Location is very good, the bar is excellent, room upgrade was very thoughtful and a couple of people on the reception desk were notably helpful (especially Mikheil who went above and beyond for us arranging restaurant bookings and resolving a double payment issue which no one else had been able to sort / understand). There were a few issues which, given the price and that it’s a 5 star hotel, were disappointing: - I was initially charged twice for the hotel room as when we checked in the staff member at the desk couldn’t find any record of my payment (because they were meant to check 2 different systems) and therefore I had to give my card details again. This took over 2 days to sort out, including various trips to the reception desk and emails to the booking company, and was very stressful and a waste of holiday time. In the end, Mikheil was about to investigate and fix this within 30 minutes! - dirty sponge left in bathroom sink one day. One day no toilet rolls were given and I had to call down about this twice. No shower hat or beauty kit provided in bathroom. - we were not informed that filming was taking place on the hotel steps for several hours, we were then shouted at by the film crew when we tried to enter the hotel. As a minimum we should have been informed and an alternative entrance provided for guests. - rude staff member at the breakfast omelette stand who put ham in our omelette instead of herbs and then didn’t apologise for the mistake
