Nice place

We spent 5 days with our friends, this was our first trip to Dubai and we had an excellent time. The hotel was great and the staff were very nice and pleasant, They couldn’t do enough for you, first class!!! The food was varied with plenty of options and the drinks at the bar were great, all branded i.e Smirnoff and absolute vodka, Heineken etc. The bar staff were so pleasant too. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Taxi’s were no problem either. We would definitely stay in the C Central Hotrl again, definitely great for your first trip to Dubai.

The hotel is very old and not cleaned . The bathroom is small and not occupied well. Also the dining is below average. Overall is not recommended at all

We had a lovely stay and I would recommend, but for a 5* hotel the sunbeds by the pool and beach were terrible - probably the worst I’ve ever experienced and screamed cheap and tacky. Otherwise the room, buffet, staff etc were all wonderful and we had a fantastic stay. It was a shame there were so many children around screaming but this is of no fault of the hotel and parents should be warned about this behaviour being unacceptable in a 5* hotel

Lovely access to the beach but spoilt by open smoking policy. Should be a defined area.

Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.

Everything was really nice. Staffs were quite friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a week in this hotel with breakfast included. We had a very comfortable stay that was made possible by very helpful and caring staff, especially the restaurant staff serving breakfast.

The balcony was dirty, the hairdryer was broken, it was hard to order food as the iPad/app was not working.

The best

Wonderful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The waiter Edrin who cleared the tables was especially kind and helpful but we couldn’t fault any of the hotel staff. The daily room cleaning was superb too. Excellent choices at breakfast. Can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like except perhaps the immodesty of some guests at breakfast - scantily clad and in their beachwear but then that seems to happen everywhere these days.
