Breakfast very good. Staff very gently and efficient. Cleanbroom very good no complaints just the 1st day we don't have Hot water in the shower so we have to call the front desk to tell them about this problem. Next day we haad the hot water. In average very good HOTEL. RECOMMEND.

Elevator needs maintenance, keeps getting stuck

The staff does a great job of accommodating guest needs. They are very friendly and welcoming. They are very eager to help. The property is well kept and beautifully designed. They have great breakfast buffet, just make sure you sanitize everything. Overall, great experience.

Is noisy

My son and I enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice and the staff were very helpful. I'm learning to speak Spanish and I enjoyed that the staff was very patient when speaking with me.

The breakfast was amazing, i love their coffee, staff were so nice and friendly. This was my second times in about 3 months. So happy to be back there.
