Unfortunately, my stay here was far from what I expected. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was noticeably rude. Any question we asked was met with eye rolls instead of answers—yet when others asked similar things, the energy completely shifted. It felt dismissive and uncomfortable.
Housekeeping was another issue. They came into our room to “clean” but mostly just giggled the entire time, left all the trash behind, and the room smelled awful afterward. Any services we requested, whether towels or maintenance, took over an hour or more to arrive.
Do not eat at Red Snapper. After we placed our order, the waiter literally tossed the menu aside. The food was disappointing, and ironically, there was no snapper on the menu at all. The vibe was off, and it seemed like basic hospitality was missing.
There were only a handful of staff members who were genuinely kind, but overall, the service didn’t improve until we started spending time on the adult side of the resort. It’s a shame, because the location has potential but the lack of professionalism and respect made it difficult to enjoy.
