We couldn't stay at Precious lodge. When we arrived at the lodge, receptionist didn't have any record of our stay, after receiving the full payment. The room alocated to us was absolutely disgusted and neglected. The were moods in the room. Every pieces of furniture in the room were broken. The bedding wasn't good. Old and over used bed sheet. The bathroom was filthy. The bath towel was old and wrecked. The manager of the property was not supported to us. I spoke to him on many occassion regarding my hotel refund. He refused to authorise my refund. We struggled all night to get a hotel to stay. Our first trip to Ghana. My wife took photos of the room. I will attach the photos

This property needs a complete overhaul. It’s not currently fit for purpose. Pictures definitely do not reflect the actual property. Please take off the market until it is renovated, redecorated and brought up to standards required for the current market.

The water was cold. No air conditioning. Bugs in room. Had to move room, finally just moved to a better hotel.
