Master bedroom was freezing. Master bath had no hot water. Beds and bedding were really poor. The attractions at this resort are so over priced

The pool area isn't walkable, depending on what section you are staying. No other activities for pre-teens

It was beautiful get away

The mattresses are very cheap and very minimal in rooms. They are brand new units just built but I will not be staying here again.

Nice and quiet place to stay over the weekend and food was great

Apartment was large, comfortable and clean. It had all the utensils and items needed to feel right at home. The surrounding area was also clean and safe… check in was a breeze and so was checkout including checkout instructions. Would definitely stay there again.

I love the room 😍 & water park

The initial apartment that we were in was infested with cockroaches. To the point where we were afraid to turn of the lights.

The elevator in the building was ooo so we had to carry our bags but other than that everything was good.

I discovered that the toilets in both of our bathrooms were absolutely filthy under the rim. The grill on the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we were only provided with sheets for bedding, not actual covers. I don’t think I’ll be returning to Massanutten!

The property is very well kept. Very clean and parking is very convenient.

Amazing stay! Very nice and spacious. My children and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our trip. We definitely book again.

Great place to stay!

We love the location - close to Shenandoah National Park and fun things to do in Harrisonburg. Local wine, beer, and cider tastings are fun too!
