1. manager knew nothing about Orbitz or our reservation
2. there was no toilet paper at all, we had to ask for it
3. Internet was down, I rebooted device (which was outdoors, but an indoor device) Internet was extremely unreliable even then.
4. no mention of breakfast
We left the apartment and moved to a hotel, in spite of harsh cancellation terms.
