There is no elevator but the rest was great!

Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process.

Great location right by Greenwich Market. Clean room. Friendly staff and good food in the restaurant.

The stay was ok

Stayed one night. Were shown to our room and explained clearly how to access out of hours. Clean and functional room with all you need for one night. Very quiet overnight, just a bit of noise in the morning as the stall holders started setting up. Comfy bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk from the Thames clippers. Will happily stay again.

Very nice comfortable rooms with all the facilities required

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The stairs to the room was really hard to negotiate, but theh helpef ia at every turn. Bar food was great.

Nice location, however what really put me off was the multiple keys and instructions of what to do or not while staying - being a weary traveler, the last thing I needed was a long list of do, don't do. I was afraid to lock myself out and/or set off alarms exiting the building. At that cost, it shouldn't be a chore to come and go. For a single night, nah, stay elsewhere.

Staff was A+. Dave, the host was extremely accommodating. The wait staff at the pub were lovely. drinks and food delicious. would highly recommend.

Excellent pub atmosphere in the perfect location.

Amazing stay, had dinner and pints in the pub, and they made us coffees in the morning and held our bags so we could spend the day all around Greenwich. Highly recommended if staying in Greenwich.

All in all it was fine. Room larger than average. Had pull out couch. Centrally located in Greenwich village. There was noise from outside. Had I brought my noise machine that would have helped.

Swift check in with very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean and super shower, toiletries, towels etc., Good supply of coffee, tea etc., Super comfy bed and pillows. Brilliant location for Cutty Sark and buses to and from O2 for concerts. Greenwich Market with great street food stalls next door. Highly recommend as very much enjoyed our stay here.

great location, very helpful and friendly staff. good food and drinks. just be aware that there is no lift to the rooms

Only problem was a leaking faucet in the bathroom that couldn’t be closed completely and made a bit of noise at night.

It was very nice and easy walking distance to the tube and a pub.
