I don't know what the room was like because when I arrived, it wasn’t available—without any prior notice. Even though the hotel provided an airport transfer to pick me up from the airport, when I got there at 1 AM, the room was unavailable. It was a hassle to find another hotel at that hour. Fortunately, there was a kind staff member who helped me find another hotel and even took me there
