Reception Staff fairly rude and lazy but in the "ivorian" average. Clean room. Air con with remote control (not evident in Ivory Coast)

L'hôtel était propre et sympathique. En revanche, des clients ont fait du bruit ( discussion, forts rire dans les couloirs, etc....) de minuit à 4h du matin. C'est fort désagréable après 12h de vol, de ne pas pouvoir tranquillement à cause du boucan de personnes qui ne savent qu'elles ne sont pas seules dans un hôtel.

It was good but the quality of bed can be better, pilows are wrost ti be honest, also i guess staff behaviour and cleanliness can be more improved.

Staff weren't welcoming and not responsive. The Tv in my room wasn't working as well as the air conditioner. Poor service overall

I had a very good time at the Residence Palace during my stay in Abidjan. The environment was clean, quiet, and secure, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. I also appreciated the convenient location and the overall quality of the facilities. The place has gone down hill , the air con has stopped working while I was there at the reception I was told that they will fix it. From 8 am nothing had showing up. So so disappointing. I will never go there again never. Room are very small and very basic. Nothing like the pics. As them pics are very old old pics.

Room service was excellent. Front desk has been awfully consistent especially with the two female agents. Food was great and priced okay Security agents were great The noise can be really bad on the hallway carried to the room - it gets annoying in early morning and at night while one is trying to asleep or resting, and it’s ongoing. Location and neighborhood are great

Affordable Check, comfortable for sleeping in and staying out Also, the receptionist speaks English which is a plus for visiting anglophone countries.
