Mosquitos came in the holes in the netting so was bitten during the night. Found a tick in my bed - also bitten by it. Found a cockroach in the room. Fan placement doesn’t allow for airflow to the bed so rooms are very warm.

I paid online and I had to pay on arrival, I paid twice.

Dirty room. Bathroom mirror and sink still have washing drops. Dirt everywhere: on table, windows

Toilets system lacked water. I had to change the room for this reason. Even after the change, the neXt room still had a similar problem, and I had to stay in this as I was tired and didn't want to move again.

not clean as three star hotel, poor customer handling

Air conditioning was first class. Shower needed attention. Breakfast OK. very accommodating of special requests

This is an inexpensive hotel close to the airport. There is no AC. Staff are friendly.

It was convenient to the airport and the school I was going to see.

Its okey for a night or 2,but not for more,alots of fly on the bathroom and hot, very noicy outside in the weekend because of churces and moscue. But nice people and good service, and a secure place. But a very bad view out to a trashy place outside...so you really need the curtains...good price !

The facilities are old, the personnel is kind but the sarea is very noisy due to the mosque.

Es un hotel perfecto para alojarte si tienes que viajar al dia siguiente, está muy cerca del aeropuerto internacional y de la estacion SGR de tren. Muy básico, pero como casi todos los hoteles en Kenia que no son de jujo.

This place is not a good hotel. First of all - I asked the reception staff to pick me up from the airport, they confirm it and Nobody came. I was waiting 45 minutes on the airport and took a taxi. Reception worker didnt react on my complains. He said that he didnt know. Rooms are very old and dirty.
