Wow, probably won't be coming back here, the AC isn't cold at all and the sheets haven't been changed, Sis? Why is there hair on the pillow before anything happens, and I stayed on the 3rd floor, I swear the sound of the chairs sliding around was so noisy (because maybe there's a cafe on the 4th floor), the cleanliness and facilities are really lacking, hopefully there will be improvements.

The bathroom was flooded because the bed sheets and pillowcases weren't clean, and the toilet also looked like it had never been cleaned. 😣 When I took a shower, the water was really stagnant, and the drain was really clogged. I'm fed up.
