Our week at The Oberoi Marrakech was an exceptional experience and easily the best service we’ve had at any hotel. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully managed, creating a sense of calm and effortless luxury throughout our stay. The setting is stunning—beautifully designed with expansive gardens, tranquil water features, and views that make it easy to completely switch off.
The room was equally impressive: spacious, elegant, and immaculately maintained, with a real attention to detail that elevated the whole experience. The food was consistently outstanding, offering both variety and quality at every meal.
What truly set the week apart, however, was the service. A special thank you to Arjun and Mamdouh Milad, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism perfectly captured what makes this hotel so special.
