The worst DIVE ever. Upon walking in to the area, it was completely nasty. Was offered a room without air conditioning. Are you serious in the Philippines!. Walked right out and did not get a refund eventhough we did not stay there and the terms of agreement were not honored! Be extra careful with these rip-offs!
