The hotel's location is excellent. It's tucked away in a small alley, but it's a short walk to MBK Center. It's quite a savings compared to hotels right on the main road. The hotel is clean, the building looks new, and it's refreshing to look at, and it doesn't leave you feeling overwhelmed 😄

Our flight was delayed, so we arrived at 1 AM, and I really appreciate that this place operates 24 hours. The moment you step in, it’s already impressive—the scent is pleasant, and everything is very clean. When I booked, I had some doubts because the photos didn’t seem to do the place justice. Now that I’ve taken my own photos, I realise they don’t capture its beauty either—sorry! 😆 But honestly, this place is so cosy. I don’t regret staying here for a week, and when we return, we’ll definitely stay here again. The location is great—very close to the National Stadium and MBK. I can get to Donki (at MBK) in just four minutes! There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby. They have a café, though I didn’t get the chance to try it. They also offer laundry services, but I found them a bit pricey, so we opted for a nearby (walking distance) laundry service instead. We were a couple and were given two single beds. At first, I thought I wouldn’t like it, but we actually ended up enjoying having our own beds! 😂 I appreciate the complimentary water provided daily, and the cleaners are very kind. They also have a proper room for luggage storage, which is really convenient. Another small but thoughtful detail is that the door makes a sound if it doesn’t close properly—so if you ever leave and wonder, "Did I close it properly?"—you’ll know! 😆 The only downside? The Wi-Fi is really slow. But I wasn’t too bothered since I had 5G, though even that was slow. Not sure if this is just a Thailand thing or the provider we chose. It’s something to consider for those who need a fast connection for work. Overall, 10/10! Would definitely stay here again. 😊

Nice hotel..modern room, minimalist and clean. Friendly staff but wifi was unstable. Best location, it's just 2min walk to national stadium bts and 5min walk to mbk and siam center. Definitely will come back again, thank you Reno hotel.
