I really love that it was away from all the noise. I felt safe and everything was at our finger tip. Lots of towels.

Quiet, sheltered, gorgeous, efficient, pool, roof deck, kitchen, AC, coconut trees, walk to local beach, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, gated property and parking. Primary purpose was snorkeling. Rental car was best for exploring snorkeling sights as they are dispersed around island. WIFI in room. GPS spotty on island. Left hand drive, traffic circles, and rugged road terrain in spots.

Great location, pretty, clean, and private.

This is a structure of three studio apartments behind a main house in a suburban neighborhood far from hotels and tourism. The studio itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Great A/C and fully equipped kitchen. Great bed and nice bathroom. Nice pool and nice roof deck with lounge chairs. The internet broke while i was there but was repaired the next day. The checkin in process is off site at a Best Western near the airport. The owner didn't respond to my request for contactless checkin so this added some extra friction. Also one of the many neighborhood dogs came in through the main gate that wouldn't close properly and took my sandal in the middle of the night, I'm pretty sure. They'll chase your car! It was really an immersive island stay like a local in a nice neighborhood. Overall a nice experience.

Place was nice and clean. Well equiped

I was hoping to have a pleasant experience since it was my second time staying at Sea Grapes, but during my stay I got locked out of the room on more than one occasion, which was unrelated to the calendar resetting for the new year since other guests did not have that issue when I asked. The first day I was locked out, there had to be about 4 different codes sent to me, none of which worked. On one occasion of being locked out when I was out for the day, I left two items drying on the designated unit racks, that went missing when I came back to the unit. The kitchen sink was also not working when I checked in and had to be repaired while I was there. The little mishaps don’t matter to me as much as having my belongings stolen, no amount of security deposit will get me those things back.

Very inviting and comfortable

From start to finish the accomodations were of the highest standard. The place pretty quiet, the decor fabulous. They think of everything. I felt like I was home and I would recommend Sea Grape Studios to anyone interested in visiting Providenciales. My suite was like a nice cozy cottage. Situated off Millenium Highway, it is close to many conveniences such as gas stations, laundromats, grocery stores, etc. If ever I should visit this area of the TCI again, I would definitely book their accommodations.

The location is a bit of an issue as it is a distance (20 to 30 minute drive) to the main resort area. However, the price is well below what you pay for an equivalent accommodation There is a security gate. The room has a fully equipped kitchen. The place was very clean. The bathroom was good. The bed and bedding were fine. The TV was OK as well.

Really nice location to stay if you don't have kids and want to be away from the busy locations.

Amazing place to stay provided with everything you need. However, the TV was not working properly and I bought some batteries for the remote and it still did not operate.

They never explained go to lodging by airport first and it’s 18 minutes away ,y neighbor that came had same problem and was stuck other then that it was great

Nice clean and quiet place. It is 10 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Grace Bay/ beaches. To save your search: the AC remote is by the bed behind the lamp. 2 ceiling fan remotes are by the front and back door behind the curtain. The tv is not in a position for watching from bed but you can see it in the mirror on the bathroom door.

Enjoyed my stay there, The negative was the pool was never cleaned and thank god I had a rental. Getting to the beaches was always a 25 or more minutes drive. But great stay and would return or maybe would like to experience their other properties.

The unit was very clean, confortable and had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet residential area. You will need a car (they drive on the left) to get to the beaches, stores and restaurants.
