A very luxurious view, excellent service (except for the receptionist, who could perhaps be more friendly and knowledgeable, so when guests ask questions they can provide better information). As for the room, I think it’s just standard. Even though I booked the bungalow type, it felt very hot, the AC wasn’t cool, and it was only available in the bedroom. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and no hot spring pool either. But the view from the swimming pool was amazing, and the public facilities were also very, very beautiful.

The hotel staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast staff was top-notch. The room was very clean.

The hotel view is really nice, the rooms are also nice and spacious, there are lots of children's activities, a bit surprised why this hotel was quieter than the hotel next door when we stayed. Even though we think this is much better. Will stay again when we go to Garut. top.

An old hotel with a classic and unique feel. Within the hotel grounds, there's a lake and rice paddies. Children's activities include horseback riding, a children's play pool, and coloring during breakfast.

A Balinese-style hotel with views of Mount Guntur. Perfect for a staycation or honeymoon. The bathroom is complete with toiletries. Good Wi-Fi. There's a regular pool and a children's pool. There's a garden with lots of rabbits running free. There are several small bridges through the gardens and rice paddies. Breakfast is quite complete and tasty. The hotel's location is convenient, with the nearest destinations about 20 minutes away. Overall, the experience was excellent.

From the staff to the security, everyone is friendly. The area is spacious and very comfortable. Every corner is very aesthetic. I will definitely stay here again. 😍

Recommended for family and friends, just lacking the rice buffet menu haha, but overall the best!

The atmosphere is nice, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the swimming pool is ok, close to the city center, the view is really nice, there is a rabbit park and you can feed the rabbits, suitable for those who want to staycation with family

the hotel staff is very friendly..especially pa myman who always helps us while enjoying dinner & breakfast..the food tastes good and on weekend nights there is live music + we can join in singing..clean swimming pool..a very suitable place for a staycation with family..only 1 thing that needs to be updated is the wifi network..hopefully in the future it will be much better.. 🙏
