The hotel staff are very friendly.

The room was generally comfortable and clean. However, I did find one small insect in the room. Since the room has a balcony facing the outside, the insect likely entered from outside. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to the mattress area in the future to improve guest comfort.

The service is great, the staff is very friendly, they really give you what you ask for and are served well. Unfortunately, there is no telephone that can be used if you need something. Yesterday there was a frog in the room, but we didn't do anything because we couldn't call the staff. Hopefully, that can be fixed. The food is very delicious, nothing is wrong. There are many facilities, you can also feed the rabbits, and they give you lots of carrots.

We had a great stay and the design of this hotel was beautiful. The room is clean and spacious. The food was okay, variety was limited, but it is worth the price. The staff was friendly and responded fast. Maybe the bathroom door can be equipped with a lock. Overall, it was value-for-money accommodation.

Good and friendly service. Room ambiance and surroundings: beautiful nature. Breakfast: lacks variety, and on the last day, due to reduced occupancy, we were served a very basic meal. My advice is that if you have a small number of guests, still serve them well so they remain satisfied. Thank you.

The place is cozy and kid-friendly, with its rabbit park and boat area, and the atmosphere is truly beautiful and cool. Kids will enjoy playing, and parents will also rest comfortably. 😍

Everything was great. I requested a honeymoon and was well-served. All the staff and facilities were excellent, with lots of interesting activities. We had breakfast at the restaurant, and the food was delicious and varied.

For those seeking tranquility, it's definitely worth it. Especially with its hot tub, it's sure to be a top vacation spot.

The ambiance is ok, the room is quite spacious, everything is ok, the food, I prefer traditional Sundanese, the western one does have a bit of an off taste, but the local one is ok.
