Perfect location as we were working in Bracknell. Very near to the amenities for food and drink (5 min walk). Nice and comfortable, quiet with good parking and more relaxing than a hotel room plus very good value for money

Great place very clean and tidy ideal

No reception so was calling owner in the rain to obtian key, I had a small double and it was very small ensuite was tiny, no dinning area breakfast delivered on a tray to room was ok but not offerered any choice
