Staff are very friendly and are abundant. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Food is very good as well.

It was perfect

Our concierge Marla was fantastic. A little disappointed in some of the wait staff as they didn’t seem very friendly or helpful. Maybe they were unstaffed. The food was not the best besides the sushi place it was fantastic along with our waiter!

The staff is amazing and friendly with quick efficient service. Overall amazing beautiful resort with hardly any bugs and wildlife which really suprised me. They are always raining the cleanliness of the resort which I appreciate and it was an overall a 10/10 experience.

I stayed at 2 other resorts and way better entertainment, music was horrible in the club from all 12 of my group that went said the same thing cold shower not hot water once’s or warm

Hotel room, food and staff were wonderful. Expedia host Marla made our life easier since day one. She assisted booking all of our dinners including romantic beach dinner. She was always available to answer our questions

I was disappointed with my stay and I go to Cancun atleast once a year. We always get a swim out room and this stay was no different. But the 2 rooms we got were beach facing and got NO sun. The water was freezing and we were unable to use the swim up. The room needed some upgrading. The mattress was the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on at a resort. And out shower smelt of mildew from the drain. We told our concierge but all that was done was air freshener was sprayed. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this resort.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and all staff were very kind.

Great property. Beautiful views. Just a bit unorganized with some of the logistics.

The restaurants were really nice with great food. The Cleaning staff were on point!

I didnt like the fact i had to fine my own transportation. And my fan didnt work in my room. They came out 3x to fix it.

Booking online was difficult. Tried messaging resort via phone and email with no success. Communication is a problem.
