Easy and helpful airport pickup and welcoming late night check-in.

Well maintained property with gardens and pool. Room was spacious with all you'd need. Lovely lounge but dining room is dark.

Two night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and start a safari visit to Kenya. Really friendly and welcoming staff, relaxing environment, pleasant room, very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Clean, nice location in Karen. Room was large, bathroom/shower was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Margarita House are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was quiet and clean. It would be helpful if they had towel racks in the bathroom, and we did have ask for an additional towel to use as a bathmat (but minor issues). We ate in their restaurant for breakfast (included) and dinner (extra). The food was good. Realize that likely most neighborhoods in Nairobi are not safe just to walk around. I felt very safe in the hotel, but it is not in a walkable area. However, it is close to several places of note in the Karen area of Nairobi.

Beautiful property. Extremely safe. Gladys, the receptionist, was amazing- she made our trip as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was freshly cooked and quite good. Close to Giraffe Centre. Uber easy accessible. Would stay again.

A short overnight stay but the staff was incredibly welcoming for my late arrival. Breakfast was delicious. Hope to stay again.

Gladys at the front desk was amazing. Warm & welcoming & anticipated your needs before you even knew you had any! Rachel took great care of us in the dining room. Was sad to leave and would happily stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and courteous- went over and above in making us feel welcome. Quiet little oasis of a hotel. Great food prepared for us. All special requests were accommodated. Great location for sightseeing in the area.

Service was excellent and the room spacious and comfortable, but updating of the bathroom is overdue. The size of the bathroom would accommodate a stunning renovation. In the meantime even adding some counter top space would be an improvement. Location was excellent for visiting the Karen Blixen museum but not convenient for the city center. The drive from the airport was quick and easy.

Had a very lovely stay here, thanks especially to Susan at the front desk, who was extremely warm and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also quite good.

Vi hade Margarita House som bas under 2 veckor i Kenya när vi gjorde safaris och utflykter till bl.a. Masai Mara, Crescent Island, Karura forest och Sheldrick Trust. På det sättet slapp vi släpa på alla resväskor och kunde resa lätt på utflykter och safaris och det var det värt alla gånger. Personalen är helt fantastisk, så hjälpsamma och vänliga. Mysigt poolområde och en välskött trädgård. Bra frukost och bra mat i restaurangen. Stort och rymligt rum som har varit rent och fräscht under hela vistelsen. Området är lugnt och fint en bit utanför centrum. Har varit perfekt för vår familj! Peter, Mary & Anna

Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens ans Herz legen. Super freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Essen durch den Privatkoch des Eigentümers, welches man zu fast jeder Zeit erhalten kann. Saubere Zimmer, alle Bäder neu renoviert (zumindest in den beiden Zimmern wo wir nächtigen). Ruhige und sichere Gegend mit interessanten Häusern in der Nachbarschaft. Pool und Gym sind auch vorhanden. Fußläufig ca 10 Gehminuten von der Waterfront Mall entfernt. Alles in allem perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Schöne, einfache Unterkunft in Karen in Nairobi. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Essen super. Sehr, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
