we decided to spend 3 nights in this appartment. the dinner was so poor but the real problem, my wife got problem with the stomach (she ate something rotten). the staff don,t know the meaning of service, you can enter in the restaurant no one will say hello or welcome, if you ask for something you can wait to the next day. the room is uge but not usefull. the rooms is more than 70 sq-meter but the bedroom is to small that you are not able to pass to the other side of the bed. there is a uge kitchen that you are not allow to use. in the morning there are no water at all till 11:00 oclock. once the tell us is the problem in the all city, later we were told it was a damage only in the hotel. can you imagine to have breakfast without washing yourself or without coffe/tea. i can guess if the wash any food that was served in this morning. the wifi was on&off. the worst hotel i ever been. i talked with the front desk manager Ana Radenovic, about the problems we were facing- she agree that we will cancell the 2 nights & she will take care to get a refund. i didn't receive after 18 days any refund & she ignored my 3 mails that were sent to her so before you choose this poor hotel read carefully this review.

Despite the room being extremely spacious [its like a full apartment] and it being modern and new, the hotel is within an informal marketplace; there is a loud music from surrounding restaurants and nightclubs at night and the spotlights of the Trocadero shine into the room. I wasn't very impressed with the quality of the restaurant and the rooftop tanning area is tatty. The staff was friendly and helpful but lacked finesse.

Very modern hotel with a minimalist feel. Hotel rooms are very spacious, modern and comfortable. Great location, easy access to the port, main road, taxis, and main strip. The hotel restaurant located on the 15th floor has a panoramic view of Budva, such breathtaking scenery and ambiance with friendly service Hotel staff spoke English very modestly; it was difficult to communicate with them. The bathroom was clean and modern, but sewage smell would appear at times. Towels and bath robes were not always clean, but hotel management responded immediately when notified.

Hotel is great location. The hotel reception staff does not show very good customer service, almost like they don't want you there. The restaurant staff on top flood is great service and friendly. The rooms are apartment style and are clean, modern. Bed is VERY hard.

God service i reception. Elendig service i pool/spa område. Arrogante tjenere som ikke havde lyst til at lave noget. Man fik skæld ud for at spørge efter hjælp. Koldt vand i badeværelse hvor bruser ikke virker. Køleskab virkede hellere ikke. Kan slet ikke anbefales til de penge. Dont Do it.
