Nearby, not much food. Hi-Life is a 5-minute walk. Parking is troublesome, it's hidden behind the hotel. The hotel's main door can't stop any car.

The location is quiet and if you are looking for food a bit far away, we are asked to put down a deposit of 1,000 NT before checking out and then it will be returned. But the staff was honest because I left my charger behind and immediately returned it to me.

The room is spacious. The shower just perfect. Love staying here 😍.

Room is big but the internet didn't work at all. Room was not cleaned everyday. It will be very helpful if the staff can speak a little English.

Room is clean and spacious. Food is great. 30-45 mins from Taoyuan International Airport (T1). Near from Zhongli station, from there MRT Routes are accessible including train going to Taipei. No nearby restaurants and food stalls. One of the staff at front desk was not so approachable. We got confused on how the policy on "Check-in time request" is being implemented because we were not accommodated during our request check-in at 2:30AM. Instead, they asked us to pay fees for early check-in. Our question is why would they allow customers to include their preferred time of checking in if they would not be accommodated? Also, they should have included on the site a hotel fee matrix for those opting to check-in earlier than 2PM.
