Don’t pay extra for parking under ground as outdoor parking is secure enough. Nice location. Dates hotel. Restaurant onsite was average

The hotel was very nice, in great condition, spotlessly clean and located next to everything Villars has to offer. The room was large also well equipped and spotlessly clean with beautiful views of the Rhone Valley and the Dents du Midi. The daily included breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices for everyone. Our only negative was that the hotel's only restaurant served only Chinese food, which seemed an odd choice for Switzerland. We only ate there on our first evening because we were tired and didn't want to go out exploring after arriving late. The food itself was not inspiring and the wait staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves that in serving their clients. At the end of the meal having seen no wait staff for over 5 minutes I was forced to go into the kitchen area to find our waitress in order to ask for the bill.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The spa was delightful especially the hammam. I loved every moment of my stay. Thank you so much.

Je suis venue passer une nuitée avec ma copine et nous avez passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel a du être récemment rénové car les chambres paraissent assez récentes. Le personnel d’accueil est adorable, le spa avec vue sur la vallée est superbe. L’hôtel dispose même d’une salle de jeux avec billard, ping pong et fléchettes, de quoi bien s’amuser. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet assez varié et de très bonne qualité, il est inclus avec la chambre contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expedia. Nous avons dîné au restaurant chinois, excellent lui aussi. Nous retournons pour sur dans cet hôtel. A noter cependant que les chambres vue villes sont en face du train, cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous n’étions pas à l’hôtel la journée.

Interior is a mix of artworks, asian,… is not my taste. Chinese restaurant is poor, but het we are from Asia and should not eat asian food in europe. Team was also understaffed.

Great hotel - fabulous staff

Absolutely fantastic on every count. Tidy, clean, beautiful views, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Not the cheapest place in town, but it’s not a cheap town! Thanks all.

Avoid the “city” rooms / East facing rooms. They have noise from the train

Fantastic…BUT……!!! Everyone was helpful, pleasant, friendly and courteous (as you would expect!) BUT one person. She was I n reception, she was grumpy, reluctant, unhelpful, dismissive and unpleasant. When asked to book a table in an off site restaurant and I subsequently asked for other recommendations. In the end I had to ask for the manager. He was very nice, helpful and finally managed to arrange a restaurant booking. For the remainder of my stay the women on reception was frosty, miserable and ignored my daughter and I. Everyone else was warm and always welcoming. Shame it’s what I remember most about the hotel.

Hôtel with unique concept introducing Chinese culture and cuisine into the Swiss ski resort, very kind staff and great service during our entire stay! We start the day with fresh pressed orange juice and good quality breakfast, perfect ! They make authentic Chinese fondue and Chinese dishes too.
