Nice hotel

The staff was very helpful in guiding places to eat, tourist attractions, and overall recommendations in Lisboa. The room was always clean and had many accessible services towards guests. The main benefit was being in the center of Lisboa and close to tourist activities.

Was fantastic location

The hotel was generally nice and clean. Staff was kind. The gym is nice and complete. The only issue we had was the shower who was leaking a bit on the floor outside. Otherwise i would recommand it.

The location, room size, breakfast, and general hotel was good. The main issue is that as it’s a new hotel, it seems to have a lot of unnecessary gadgets that are either hard to work (I had to call reception to ask how to put the aircon on), but also there were 4 sources of light that couldn’t be turned off, including charging points with red lights right next to each pillow, and the bathroom mirror when ‘off’ was still bright enough to light the room at night time. A real shame as I had a terrible night of sleep in an otherwise good hotel. If they can figure that out then I would recommend it to others.

Great location, modern hotel, comfy beds and great shower. Not much storage but happy to live out of suitcase for a few days. We didn’t use housekeeping and you were meant to get a voucher you could use in hotel in exchange but it didn’t materialise. Roof terrace bar has great views. Had breakfast one day and there was a good selection, but expensive - lots of cafes nearby that do good coffee and breakfast at a fraction of the cost. Air con in our room was ineffective, lowest it would go was 19 degrees and it kept turning itself off - room was very hot. Would stay again and request a low bedroom - would worry you’d hear the live DJ and bar noise if on upper levels.

Clean room and nice amenities. Close to public transportation.

Good location to Porto for walking. The room had some mood changing LED features that we didn't need and a shower/toilet separated by fogged glass that could lead to privacy issues for some travelers.

The property was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Loved the gym and all the amenities.

Shower was completely nonfunctional. the water did not turn on. Room was ok except for visible water damage to the closet area. Bed was HOT. AC wasn’t great.

The breakfast brunch does include a variety of items. It does have protein as well as sweets, carbs, and yogurt and fresh fruits. They give you a an opportunity to skip cleaning the bedroom for a five EURO voucher toward food which I thought was a great incentive. That way, instead of paying €16 for the buffet you pay only 11. The gym was adequate - that’s important to us. The location is very convenient if you don’t mind a little walking.

Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel ultramodern. Lighting in room was challenging. Difficult to get bright lights. Would stay again

Very good place to stay. We liked everything except the slightly confusing lighting system in the rooms. Convenient location and well maintained.
