Staff is great close to everything the girls work hard to accommodate

I always come back here as it nice and so are the people I felt so comfortable I booked for a week and ended up rebooking for two months

The staff is wonderful they were willing to assist in anything that I requested in a friendly and accommodating manner the food is excellent and they know the area and the can guide u in local affairs it's a safe place 🙂

I can tell u the staff is willing to go above and beyond u can trust ur stuff to be safe and the food is wonderful I had a great stay

The worst place to stay very unsafe and dirty no water in the bathroom the a/c wit bad smell and don get a lot of cool air just a ceiling fan well the worst do not intend to stay in this place

Terrible hotel

The hotel stuff listening private conversations, they get close to your room door then start know about your business

If you want a decent place to stay, avoid this place. Everything about it is in a horrible/inhabitable condition and the maintenance of the place is just insanely poor. Molds and moisture everywhere.

The room didn’t match the actual size it was very small no internet connection I couldn’t take a shower because the shower head was rusty and moldy horrible went to book another hotel the next day

Toilets not flushing, bedsheets and room dirty. Door to balcony had lock broken.

Close to the water

My wife stayed at this hotel for one night, the room was below average, clean enough to say the least, there was no soap in the bathroom, used toilet paper, the attendant does not know anything about anything, she offered to bring a bottle of water for the room, never came back, the hotel advertise a free breakfast, it was a lie, there is no breakfast, the customer service is non existing, I would never recommend or stay in this hotel ever again.

An Average hotel

First at all, this hotel was difficult to find as has not even its name displayed outside. Extremely poor customer service, room had no toilet paper, no tv program, no free minibar (as advertised), cold shower, no internet, and the manager was never available to address these issues. Next day there was no electricity and then no air conditioning in an 80 F degrees environment. A total nightmare that made me leave to a more decent place. A gave 1 star because there is no 1/4 of a star.

The property is not the same that the showing on the pictures is dirty, in the rooms the ac not working, the bathrooms are dirty and the toiles not working well.

Nice employees very helpful, cold AC, and great location with many restaurants that's close to the airport.

Didnt check-in left inmediatly. Stay away from that place.

I did not have a great experience at this hotel. 1/5 experience. I pulled the sheets off my bed and the sheet covering the mattress was dirty. The hotel staff was kind and helpful though they missed informed me on what time breakfast was and when I went down I was told breakfast was over. The following day when I received breakfast it was poor. I was served a salami and cheese sandwich and the person across from me was served mashed potatoes with eggs and salami. So I believe they serve you what they have and it’s not a universal breakfast for everybody. There was no menu to choose from. I had a bad Wi-Fi connection in my room on the fifth floor room 18. The sink water would not run and the toilet seat was cracked in many places. The shower had good water pressure but the water went everywhere on the ground. The room includes a mini fridge with nothing in it and a dim lamp. Positive: The lighting in the room was good and I had a great view of the waterfront. The best thing about this hotel is the location but your stay may vary from person to person depending on the room and service they give you

I want you to give me a refund because i was staying 2 days instead of 3 days
