Small basic rooms, clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, small bathroom. Good for one or two nights before a cruise.

Chech in easy, staff very friendly. The room was very good, lighting under the bed came on when you walked by which was very useful in the night. Bar well organised and ample seating. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate a request to keep a piece of mail that we were expecting so we can pick it up after returning from our cruise.

Good hotel which has very helpful staff and is very clean. It has a ‘young and vibrant’ feel. Rooms are good but basic (eg just a rail for your clothes). All every clean. Breakfast is good but the ‘cooked part’ is limited.

Would like to have a safe in the room.

Good location, friendly staffs and place is clean. It’s very close to National Express Bus terminal and large shopping mall to less than 0.2 miles. To Cruise port by taxi or uber cost just about $10-12. It was the best choice

Possibly my top experience EVER in a hotel stay! Staff were always available, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The layout was really perfect with a bar/resturaunt downstairs. Every detail in the room had been thought out: a motion sensitive light under the bed so if you got up at night, it lit the floor. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Easy access to lighting and phone charging. Everything very clean and organized. Nice, modern decor. The location was great, within easy walking distance shops, food and historical sites. All in all, it could not have been more perfect!

A great stay. My first time at a Moxy and the room was almost perfect for my one night stay The only negative was the breakfast for me. I do love granola in the morning which even the basic hotels al have these days but not here, and most of the hot food was pretty cold

Disappointing. The room was cold upon arrival, with the Aircon set at only 17.5°. However turning the Aircon up was a problem, as it kept defaulting to a lower temperature than set, so it took a day for it to climb to only 20°. The shaver socket did not fit a UK shaver, astonishing for a UK hotel.

Very satisfied

2 night stay with daughter and friends to watch football. Hotel is in great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, clean and bed comfortable. If I had to make a recommendation it would be to add a couple of drawers. It was inconvenient to have to leave underwear etc in suitcase.
