Excellent management, very clean, city center within walking distance.

The host was very helpful. The room was smaller than we’re used to in Canada but adequate. We appreciated the coffee and tea in the room. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage for a couple of hours and for help with a shower problem.

I couldn't amend the booking. I was in hospital in Belfast with heart failure

Awesome time

The manager of this place let us store our luggage for the morning before we left so we could tour more of the city. She was also so kind as to give us a lift to the train station when all of the cabs across the city were busy! Incredibly kind person and incredible place to stay.

Easy walk to downtown. Walked here from Titanic exhibit. Quiet area.

Ground floor bedroom facing the street was very noisy at night due to traffic. Stayed another time on top floor and was much quieter.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Easy access to public transportation into the city. Bus cost £1.80 each way.

It is a very nice place. The staff was friendly and the rooms where clean and modern. There is a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge for guests to use. Coffee. tea , cookies available all the time. There was no breakfast. The "breakfast" photos should be deleted from the site, misleading. Safe area. Would recommend.

Room was clean and a good size. Bathroom is tiny so if you’re above average in size this is not the bathroom for you.

Stay was excellent only thing was Friday night drinking around area was noisy when trying to sleep

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The personalized touches were exceptional! Of the four places we stayed in Ireland, this was hands down the best. Having real people as owners made all the difference. Stupendous!!
