What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!

Rooftop bar was excellent and food was outstanding

Excellent choice if you want a nice apartment in Madrid. Well stocked with basic kitchenette necessities. Great location.

This is a wonderful hotel. Everything from the location, the staff, rooms and facilities were perfect. And the rooftop pool and bar was a wonderful spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

This hotel just doesn’t feel like 5 star to me. It’s nice, but it’s not 5 star experience I am use to.

Noisy neighborhood made the stay and especially sleeping very inconfortable

The hotel is perfectly positioned in the old city area a short walk to bars/cafes/restaurants and all of the principle monuments but not so close to be disturbed by traffic or bar noise. The hotel is easily deserving of 5 stars, both the staff and facilities. The terrace restaurant is superb and used by non residents and residents alike so worth stopping by even if for just a cocktail. The staff could not be more friendly and very respectful and professional across the board. Parking is available off site, and it is valet parked for you so can drive up to the hotel to unload and returned at the end of your stay.

Amazing location, great staff, hotel is beautiful.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. From the first moment we checked-in to the check-out we were amazed with the quality of the staff and service, the food at the rooftop restaurant, the rooms, the pool... pretty much everything. We highly recommend it.

Room very small, not even close to the picture on their web. I could not even open my luggage around the bed, not enough space. Although the location is excellent, I would definitely NOT suggest this hotel.

Amazing smaller boutique hotel.

The hotel is amazing as you would expect with a 5* rating. Very welcoming and friendly staff with a glass of bubbly on arrival. Breakfast was a la carte and delicious.
