Downtown and close to all (including, unfirtuanstely, the homeless population). Nice apartnent with simple kitchen supplies. TV has access to the usyal streaming services (you orivide your own account). Nice shower and comfirtable. Overall, a nice stat.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves, we had everything we needed for our staycation.

The studio was spacious and comfortable, however it wasn't very clean. The area around the property is extremely loud on weekends (at night). The 7/11 right next door also attracts a lot of homeless people.

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this property and the location is perfect. I’m a city girl from NY who now lives in the suburbs of GA so this was the best experience for me because I was able to park my vehicle and walk everywhere with no problem. We enjoyed eating in the park, loving each other at the river walk, winning at the casino, grubbing at the amazing restaurants and of course spending time grooving at Motown. Trust me the next time we are in Detroit we will definitely be staying at Cadillac Square via Kasa!

More details regarding the property would have been welcomed... security guard on duty, parking lot with in/out privileges adjacent to the building, a list of walkable restaurants would have been nice. The building needs luggage carts!!!! The floors of our unit needed washing.

This place although nice itself is in a very noisy and unsafe area. So much as there was a police mobile command center setup right in fro t of the building with lights flashing inside our unit all night. Parking lot attendant behind building cheated us out of more money than we needed to spend to stay and go to the Tigers game. The Road out front had lots of noisy vehicles playing their bass and drunk people on those drunk peddle busses yelling and you could hear everything outside. Also the floor to ceiling windows let very bit of light in. No wonder they leave ear plugs and masks to cover your eyes when you’re sleeping. The place was clean although only had towels for two when we clearly said we had four people. Looks elsewhere for accommodations IMO.

The property check in was convenient, the locked building was great for safety. The location was great. The security guard was a nice feature. The 7-11 next to the building had people loitering in and out of the store (the same people). It was a little disconcerting for a female who was alone, however no one bothered me; I was just unfamiliar with the area. The building was quiet all night and I had a nice view. Overall it was a good stay.

Most amazing view!!!! I will stay here again when I return to Detroit. Perfect location to everything downtown within walking distance. 10/10 service, promptness, and cleanliness.

Communication was wonderful. Easy check-in and the property has everything you need for your stay. We will be coming back. You can walk to any game in Detroit and there is so much to do in the area.

The apartment was nice. Nothing over the top fancy but comfortable. Bed was a little firm for me, but otherwise nice. Security on site was nice. Close to a lot of unique bars and restaurants. Short walk to Ford Field. Traffic noise was minimal for the area. No key fob for door on site but a phone call got us the information we needed. Property did have damage that we were not made aware of, but nothing that would hinder our stay.

I like the room they had every thing an apartment has. She shower just didn’t have a shower head. The give you Roku for the Tv

Not safe: The rooms don't have deadbolts. One of our rooms had a light with no bulb, just wires hanging out. Some of their outlets aren't secure in the wall; when you plug in a phone charger, the whole wall around the plug caves in. Unorganized: There were 5 of us in our party, 3 experienced huge difficulties with their precheck list, which took a week of back and forth to solve everything. Then when we got there, they had me change rooms about 15 minutes after I unpacked. There's no staff on site: They contract a security company to have a security guard near the front door once in a while... that guard told us about all the same problems that all the guests have, and it never really gets fixed - just trashing the company and the staff (but rightfully so). But because there's no staff on site, when i got into my second room and saw the body lotion was empty, I messaged them and the response said they'd have it to me in 24-48 hours and would not be able to give me a time or let me know in advance when they'd be entering my room. Other small things like the blinds being transparent and letting the sunlight in very early. One of our team was in a room near the 7-11, so their flashing lights were on all night, and no way to block them out. Out of the 5 of us, only 1 had a tv that worked. The only positive things I could say are that the rooms were clean and the towels were nice and soft.

Property is in a wonderful location, walkable to most things. Good option if you are looking for accommodation for a group. The 2 bedrooms were great to have however do not rely on the sofa bed as it is not usable. It has a torn and old mattress and a broken bed frame. The bedding is old and stained and no extra pillows are provided.The unit is a bit run down overall with poor paint, chipped cabinets and a few electrical outlets left bare. The building is older with rough elevators. It does have a security guard in the lobby which was nice as the area is a bit unsafe at night. Plenty of police around for various issues while we were there. One of the most disappointing things was we asked to check out a little bit later and were told it was not possible but shortly after got a text telling us the unit was available until May 6 should we want to extend our stay. It would have been an option to check out 1 hr later obviously, they just were inflexible. I think we would stay somewhere else next time we are in Detroit.

Great location for downtown Detroit close to everything. Felt comfortable walking around the streets no problems.

Had a great 2 days in downtown Detroit. Very walkable. Unit was very spacious and I appreciated the laundry on site.

So peaceful

Huge room with an amazing view. Great location for events at the Renaissance. A couple of homeless people are hanging out around the 7-eleven downstairs, but other than that, everything was perfect.
