Our stay at the Opal Hotel was incredible! The décor was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. What truly made our experience outstanding, though, was the amazing hotel staff. Ibrahim and Bilal were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even recommending places like Habibah Sweets, which we absolutely loved. Highly recommended!

So beautiful! The staff were all incredible and helpful. Highly recommend!

Staff were very welcoming when i arrived after midnight and offered me a meal and water, my flight was approx. 4 hours later. Assisted me with acquiring morning transportation to the airport so i would not have to worry about the issue.

Both the front desk staff and the support staff were excellent and welcoming and gracious. They remembered me from a previous stay and welcomed me like family.

I loved the stay. The food was great. I could hear my neighbor’s entire conversation but I think he was just speaking loudly. Other than that I would recommend it.

Just the noise of the workers and the cigarettes smell from them when they did construction next room , we complain about it the first time and requested another room but they said no. However, when the smell of painting gave us headache and my wife has asthma, then we demanded for another room or will leave. Then we got better room. Other than that is good

Nice new hotel. Clean. Good food. Close to the airport and the city as well

All staff was wonderful, but I was especially pleased by how thoughtful the person was who cleaned my room. That person took the time to turn the runner at the bottom of the bed into a cute bow, arrange the throw pillows in a decorative way, and even change the direction of the reading lights for the best effect. Coming back from an appointment to find my room so lovely made my day.

There was a wedding and the music wad loud until 11:30
