Fantastic facilities, great location. Staff attirude was great, no careless, always available and around. Superior value-for-money. Our expectations were low due to damaged ratings but only minor items behind 4-5* suites - sound isolatiion to outwards not perfect, aircon not at top performance and WiFi not stable.

I had a wonderful stay. Timely Services and staff were supportive.

When I saw Shah Karim Aga Khan’s picture as I entered the lobby I knew I’d have an amazing stay. Everything was perfect!

Worst breakfast and service of laundry and kitchen is not clean. They served 4 days before Balck Forest cake which is totally terrible

Good hotel at a very convenient location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed it really.

The size of the 2 bedroom suite was great and our house keeper, Marian was a joy and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Re facility, the fireplace didn’t work and one of the showers’ water would not get hot.

My stay was ok👍 Staff great Breakfast ok My only concern is the bed needs to be upgraded is too low to the ground especially for people like me with knee problem it cost me so much pain getting in and out of bed 🛌 😩

It was a large apartment with a full service kitchen. Convenient as it was right next to a mall.

Great front desk staff, and the Indian Chinese restaurant attached, Sizzlers, is worth visiting for an extensive menu of choices and flavours
