+The hotel staff was friendly and provided clear information. +The hotel's location is very strategic, so there may be a bit of traffic during certain hours. +Near the TransJogja bus stop (about 100 meters), near the Gadjah Mada University Roundabout, near the White Monument, Gramedia, Togamas, a minimarket, and various coffee shops. +Parking is spacious and clean, with a place to charge electric cars. +Behind the hotel is a chicken porridge shop that offers a good breakfast option (a 3-5 minute walk). +The room is spacious and comfortable, with cool air conditioning and good water flow, including hot water. I had a room with a balcony on the second floor. +It has a smart TV, allowing for YouTube, Netflix, and more. -The power outlets are on the lower wall, a bit far from the table, so the water heater has to be moved downstairs when in use due to the short cord. -There is a closet, but you can't hang clothes in it because it's a folding wardrobe, so I wasn't sure where to hang my clothes on hangers. -The towel hanger is a bit high for me, who is 150 cm tall. -There are some dusty spots (the corner of the bathroom mirror), but it's okay. -There's dampness on the ceiling in front of the room (in the hallway), possibly from a leak. -There's no phone in the room; if you need anything, you have to walk to the reception desk or WhatsApp the admin.

It was a very comfortable stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's clean, and it's homey.

The check-in process was very satisfying. I arrived at 1 p.m. and was able to check into my room straight away. The room was ready, with the AC running and cooling. However, the photos were different from the advertisement: many of the floor tiles were worn and the walls were covered in mold. The bathroom was nice; the staff promptly refilled the soap when I ran out. The Wi-Fi was smooth.

Right in the heart of the city, the location is absolutely perfect. It's close to everything. The ambiance is lovely; relaxing on the balcony in the morning with the fountain and birdsong in the background is truly serene. The superior room is very spacious, and could actually be used as a family room. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust, so it gets damp quickly.

Always the first option to stay in Jogja, friendly service, clean rooms, atmosphere and building that are very Jogja.

The hotel is homey and spacious for the superior type, but the bathroom needs a little repair to make it look clean and comfortable.

The room was comfortable and spacious, but not soundproof, so you could still hear sounds from other rooms. It was clean, and the staff was responsive when needed.

I love the fact that it's an old house but no spooky vibe detected. The ambiance is gorgeous. The bed, blanket, and pillows are so cozy. Staff are responsive. I would love to give 5/5 and would love to return for another stay but they really do need to improve their cleanliness. Especially on the details: stain removals, cleaner nook and crannies. I already shared the suggestion list to them directly. Hopefully they'll take it seriously.

Highly recommended, as I've been here twice and the staff are friendly, the pool is close to everything, and there are lots of cafes too.

Very pleasant because it is clean, spacious and homey. It's just not soundproof, but the rest is overall very comfortable, will come back again for a staycation.

The accommodation is very good, aesthetic, clean, and strategically located in the city center. In terms of atmosphere, it is also very family friendly, but unfortunately the number of guests per room is limited to 2 people, even in the superior room which is the largest room and is suitable as a family room type. But because of this limitation, if you bring a child, you have to ask for an additional bed/charge again. Suggestion, maybe a family room type can be provided directly so that guests don't have to charge outside the price because it is already included from the start. But besides that, the accommodation is very good. I will stay here again if I go to Jogja😊

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel location is also perfect. Maybe the hotel can work on the humidity issue on the 1st floor rooms by providing a dehumidifier machine.

The room is clean and spacious, there is a beautiful and well-maintained garden. The sound of the fountain is so soothing to accompany sleep. The staff is also super duper really nice.
