Beautiful resort

The hotel and facilities are lovely, walls a bit thin between the rooms so noise travels and our neighbours were quite noisy. The pool and gym facilities were great, we got a yoga class on the first day too which wasn’t advertised anywhere but was a really nice bonus. The food is varied and had lots of fresh options, we had the half board package.

Lovely hotel, great staff, breakfast and facilities….. but exceptionally disappointing that you have to pay extra for the sauna and steam room! Perhaps understandable during peak season but really shouldn’t be the case out of season! Only real criticism

The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were very helpful but our robes were dirty on arrival, we had requested several times for our room to be cleaned as staff were not coming in daily. Also had to ask several times for a double bed which should have been done before our arrival. Hotel itself is lovely and pool is great but the cleaning staff were very poor at their job.

The hotel is nice, with a good location and front beach. The rooms are normal with a modern furniture, but very dirty (minimal services cleening). The food is also bad and poor and the staff is unfriendly and arrogant.

Hotel was fantastic, great facilities and service. Would recommend to anyone for any type of stay.

The hotel did everything to welcome and accommodate us well and make our stay the most memorable. Our room was seaside and the view was amazing. Since we had all-inclusive, live music every night, food choice in the buffet, kids events, pool, gym, and choice in the bar (included in all-inclusive), etc. Particularly, the GALA DINNER was well organized with live music and food. Also, people who were staying at the hotel were amazing. We met so many amazing people there and became close friends. Thank you so this unforgettable experience.

Staff could be more helpful and conciliatory. Rooms are basic 4-star standard, no art on the walls, TV keeps getting disconnected because of a data card issue, food is really basic.

The property is brand new just opened in 2022. We found the quality of the room, shower, food in main buffet and swimming pools all absolutely fantastic. Would very much recommend this hotel. It is also very near nissi beach / other parts of the Ayia Napa town if you want to wonder further afield. Staff were great too.

Excellent Hotel and Resort, beach direct access, 3 outdoor swimming pool, one indoor pool, GYM, sawna, Steam room, kids area, large Looby, large rooms, Breakfast and dinners Buffett, large variety food, many terraces, one man singer entertainment at night, no night club, affordable, recommended.

Me and my family had a great time !! Beautiful and new hotel , the staff are very friendly and glad to help . Definitely recommend ++

This was on the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Exceptionally friendly hotel staff, beautiful rooms and views. Food could be a little more exciting

In general the hotel building, rooms and restaurants are nice and modern, also very good staff in the main restaurant... but staff at the reception is not very polite, no normal assistance with the luggage, no even complimentary bottle of water in the room, no minibar, rather poor breakfast … strong aftertaste that we stayed definitely not in the 5 star hotel ((( hopefully during the season things are different
