Everything else was above average but the bathrooms are not maintained at all. Mould everywhere including the handles. There was no cold water, so shower was a nightmare. Since the bedroom was well maintained, an average score would be fair

The room was clean but had a lid for a bin but no bin, no bathmat outside the shower cubicle making it a high risk of slipping.The reception was not manned in the morning so had to go round the corridor to find someone then eventually a half awake receptionist came who confirmed I had had her woken .TV was not working , one of the employees came and just jiggled about with remote controls and left with the tv not working and no explanation.

The room was clean n quiet place, the bath towel was old n only one , no tv remote , no complimentary water just tea bags n sugar. The lady at your reception needs to learn proper customer service skills, she was not smiling and looks grumpy. The water tap in the washroom I don’t know if it’s rusty or stained but that doesn’t look okay. The place is okay since I was looking for somewhere far from traffic noise .

I loved the surroundings and te hotel location, however when we checked-in the hotel staff had to check out a guest whose payment was delaying, I wondered if that was not , was our booking secure. The staff was friendly. The television channels we re fixed and therefore imposed upon us. Imagine we could not watch our favorite channels the whole night and morning. There imposed channel had not news at all.

Property is on main road so public taxi etc are available anytime. It is quiet and very safe place. The garden and exterior landscapes are natural and gives a good feeling to stay near nature

Honestly the food was terrible. It tasted like its been cooked 2days before. The food was delivered very late 2 hours after ordering . The fried chicken was stale to aay the list.

Booked executive room for 2 nights. Linen and toiletries were never changed. Access to the executive rooms was disappointing. passing through dangerous paths. Was please with internet speed. hot water was available

The reception staff is supportive. The room is clean, but they do not change the bedsheets, and there is no towel in the room. Food is non-existent and very expensive.

The place is filthy dirty with torn furniture,i booked a room with insuit but they gave me the one without,i was sharing a bathroom and a toilet with 4 other guests who were in different rooms,The toilet is disgusting with old plastic dirty seat,the door is broken as shown on the picture,the shower looked like a public toilet,just look at the pictures ,that place has no microwaves,no guests fridges,theres no plugs i couldn't even charge my laptop so i could work . What they advertise is not what they have,their staff looks very tired and weak ,i have been traveling for the past 15 years but i have never seen such a disgusting place ,TV doesn't have remote,i can write a whole book but in short let me say this THE PALACE GUEST LODGE DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE LISTED ON THIS APP .I will never ever in my life book there again because its like taking money and throwing it in a sewage pipe.
