Room was a bit dated. Carpet was all stained and the lights went off the first night for a few hours. We were in the dark and had to call the front desk at 5:30 am to inform them. They sent a technician about 15 mins after to fix the lights. They said they the same complaint from other rooms that night. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. There were two patched up holes in the wall when you enter the room. All in all an ok stay.

The room was very small and had an odd shape. The window curtains were falling off. And there was no curtain in the bath. Also no night light. Everything else was good. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast had several options and very tasty. The staff was so helpful and great, in particular Karim, Tariq, Nabeel and Somaiya Karim. They made our stay very enjoyable and were very welcoming. The view from the rooftop pool was lovely and the hotel overall was very well kept and maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, there were cafes and shops very close and some places within walking distance.

We had a fine stay here. The staff in particular was friendly and helpful with the concierge, Tarik, being especially so. Location is convenient wth a taxi stand essentially right in front to take you around immediately. Room was clean, furnished well with current amenities; bathroom was modern with excellent hot water and water pressure, and toilet was in a separate room. Food and beverage were good though typically and unsurprisingly overpriced compared to what is available outside, but not shockingly so. Would be happy to stay there again.

Stayed for two nights. Property is modern and well maintained. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and all the staff were really helpful. Even though the hotel is in central casablanca, it's pretty quiet and the trams and train links are close by and very cheap.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay in Casablanca. The hotel is situated about 10 mins in the tram from the main train station. It’s about a 40 minute walk to the Hassan ll mosque and the corniche. Taxis are relatively cheap. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, chocolate and water were all provided as well as a fridge. All of the staff I encountered were all friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with hot and cold options available. I was the gym each day and that was small but reasonably well equipped. I wasn’t sure whether there was air con in the room but free water and towels were provided. I wasn’t sure whether disappointed with the rooftop pool. I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool only to discover there was only enough space for 2 sun loungers!. Not surprisingly these were often in use. If you are looking forward a city centre hotel with a relaxing pool to relax by then this isn’t the hotel. Overall an enjoyable, relaxing stay with the exception of my observation re pool side relaxation.

Great hotel, spacious room, super helpful staff. My only suggestions is the gym is really hot and there was no way to cool it off. Lobby bar was very nice.

I am rating the hotel the lowest possible score due to Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center not allowing me to shorten my prepaid 3 night hotel stay on March 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2026 at check-in to 2 nights and get reimbursed for the last night which was not used. Due to the Iran War, my flight to the Middle East was cancelled and I did not need to stay the last night in Casablanca to catch my flight. Most hotels will allow you to adjust the stay at check-in, but not this Radisson. I suggest that you do business with a hotel that is more understanding in a war situation. They should be ashamed of their business practice. They told me at check-in that I needed to get my reimbursement from Expedia, but it was really Radisson that refused to reimburse me.
