The facilities are good, there is a shared kitchen, gallon water is available in the kitchen, there is a shared iron, and there is also a laundry service. The location is right in front of the Jalan Besar MRT station. However, the room is very small, there is no window, the bathroom is small and the door cannot be closed properly, there is no bidet, and the plugs are very limited, very uncomfortable. I was only with my sister, and even then, it was difficult for us to do activities in the room because the room was small. The plus is that there is a refrigerator and a hair dryer in the room. The key uses a cellphone Bluetooth which I think is a hassle. Incidentally, my room's Bluetooth lock did not work. When I complained, the staff did not immediately come so I had to go down to the lobby and found only one employee busy receiving guests, while the others were just sitting around. For me, it was not a pleasant experience staying here.

It meets with our needs: Clean and comfy bed, enough space for 2, cold air-con, clean bathroom (note that the toilet has no bidet so might be a consideration for some. For me, it's OK and clean). Most important thing for me: very close to MRT station and surrounded by food vendors 👍

One of the best stays in SG. I think the ambiance, the cleanliness, and the accessibility are quite better than other hotels at the same level. But maybe the receptionist must be more polite since I was once asked which room I stayed in, although it was the second day I lived there. So please, I think the staff should know the visitors' faces better. Your hospitality represents your country also. Other than that, it was very awesome.

The rooms are spacious enough to comfortably unpack large suitcases. The beds aren't small, making for a comfortable sleep. There are plenty of bathrooms, and although they are shared, there's no need to share. They have lockable doors separating the toilet and shower areas. Each bathroom has a sink and a hairdryer, making it very convenient. There's also a common area for relaxing and cooking.

The stairs are very high + hollow & not safe. So you can't bring children. Only for teenagers I think.

However, this time there was an unpleasant odor in the room, which seemed to be coming from the bathroom or the drainage pipes. It was noticeable throughout my stay and affected the overall experience. I hope the hotel can look into this issue, as I’d love to stay here again in the future.

I've stayed here twice, always satisfied.

The location is amazing as it is in front of Jalan Besar MRT station exit B. Staff are friendly and helpful. The shared bathroom is clean, although it has a strong chlorine smell. Just make sure you bring your own amenities (like a dental kit) and slippers.
