It is nice to have a place inside the airport to lay down during long layovers.

It is inside the airport, no need to go outside to reach a hotel in evenings. The room is clean. It is very nice to have a place to lay down during a long layover.

Staff lovely was able to keep my case from 5am till i arrived back to check in at 9pm . Small but comfortable, better than others similar I've been in

Staff was very accommodating. A great option to avoid the stress of attempting to travel with lugggage on cable system to center city during transit strike, and worse yet attempting to return for flight during strike. Boxes are hot and not soundproofed however.

Great option if you have a long layover and good ample space for your luggage. Every airport should have one of these! Only downside was they were a little hot and stuffy inside. There is a fan but it’s not super powerful.

Easy access and very convenient. Overall fairly clean. Great if you want to go horizontal for a few hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked here for our family both upon our arrival and before our departure, as our international flights were both in the middle of the night. There is no bathroom within the property. You have to leave and go out into the airport to use the communal bathroom. The rooms are very stuffy. If you’re lucky, your room will have a portable fan that works. The TVs don’t work. The only TV available to watch any shows is in the main area, but they keep the sound off. We booked two rooms as twin over full and they gave us rooms with two twins. Not even a normal sized twin bed. About 2/3rds the width of a normal twin bed. We paid extra to have a larger bed on the bottom. Super annoyed to find that they didn’t have the rooms that we paid for. Tried to get towels to shower and we’re told that they didn’t have any clean towels available. Would skip this place and book a real hotel somewhere else. Plenty of places close by in La Alta.

This does not pretend to be nor is it a normal hotel. This place is the only game in town when you have a 3:20am departure and you want to make sure you are sleeping at the airport. It did the job for us. It is very Spartan, and they make no claim to be anything else. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We are glad we elected to stay here. At least we got 5 hours sleep before our ridiculously early departure for Bogota.

I had a 7-hour layover and didn't want to leave the airport so this was the perfect option!

Sleeping pods, its all there is to it. Str8 forward. The do have very small lounge room, pretty emplty most times looks like. They charge hourly to sit there, even to already paying customers. I though that was dumb and abusing. The pors are not ACed and it get hot. The idea is not bad, speciually with these weired flight schedules. However, the service could be so much better. Its also not cheap for what it is. So, yeah… never again.

The manager was watching tv so loud that i could not sleep😠😠

Hotel charges by an hour, but Hotels.com only offer it for the whole night. I only needed it for 4 hours, but paid 100$ for 24 hours as Hotels.com did not present any other options. Rooms are a size of a shoebox, no toilet in the hotel. It’s hard to move and breathe in it.

I arrived and was shown to my room & had to ask for a key. The room itself was tiny but I figured this would be the case when I booked it. The biggest issue was the heat, with the door shut it was like a sauna! So surely I could wake up and use the 'shared' bathroom? No because there isn't one, just a sink! There are no shower facilities in the whole airport. In addition you have to use the airport toilets because the hotel has none. This was quite possibly the worst night's stay I have experienced to date.

Não classificaria como hotel e sim como cápsula. Sem ventilação, aparelho de ar condicionado ou ventilador. Sentimos tanto calor que passamos mal. Cama péssima e a manta oferecida era tão dura desgastada pelas lavagens, impossível de usar, caso houvesse climatização do ambiente Banheiros compartilhado no térreo, sem sabonete. Recebemos apenas uma toalha. Os sanitários são os do aeroporto. Fiquei tão decepcionada que cancelei a reserva do dia 11/04/26

For a night at the airport when arriving in the middle of the night its really good option. Not more, not less.

員工服務很好喔，只是廁所是使用機場的廁所，浴室的玻璃是透明的，在人來人往的機場，剛洗完澡穿著睡衣的我，外面的人可以看到裡面，不免難為情。
