After my arrival at the hotel on Thursday they told me that all room where sold out which they directed me to another hotel which is never what I booked for, this place is so disgusting and uncomfortable for me. I have tried to contact the hotel but they’re not answering my calls. So frustrating😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
