The staff are friendly and courteous to their customers.

Staff are exceptional, meals are provided at a very good price. The communal kitchen needs monitoring more closely, and the backup generator needs servicing.

It was a good stay. Its a family run operation and they do a great job to make you feel like youre home. For the price you really do get your moneys worth. I would definitely stay here again.

They advertise they have shuttle but its a small car and won't even fit all our luggages. I hope they have like a van or something for shuttle.

Very comfortable with a helpful staff. Pickup and delivery to the airport is a real plus. They will also take customers to the bus station. Great traditional food.

Basic living but great staff

I like it but it needs more improvements. You guys need to make more improvements interms of get the street fixed and the area of the hotel is scary to walk around and comeback to the hotel in the night time.

Good visit to Addis this year, prices were reasonable, staff tried hard, we relaxed and met interesting people and always felt safe.

Due to overbooking, room was not available. However, KGH was more than helpful in finding me alternate accommodation at a partner guest house, which turned out to be just perfect. So all up, a good experience.

It was good experience overall. Staff was friendly and good thing is they have their own transportation.

Hela vistelsen var bra t.ex. vårt rum städades varje dag, vi fick rumservice som vi själv bad för. Men personalen var inte punktliga och kunde inte heller engelska. Bordlampan var trasig men fixades efter jag bad dem att laga det. Närområdet var jättedålig. Själva hotellet ligger långt från huvudleden. Taxiföraren kunde inte hitta det. Enligt foton som ligger på websidan fanns det 2 rum med samma pris men med olika bekvämligheter alltså ett rum med 2 fåtöljer och ett bord och ett annat rum med en sofa utan bord. Så man vet inte riktigt vilket rum man får. Jag tror de kan vara lite tydligare om vad som gäller. Mitt rum hade inget bord. De sa att jag kunde byta rum nästa dag men fick inte göra det utan förklaring.
