We were a family of seven (including teens and grandparents) and stayed at the two-bedroom suite before our safari. Bidwood Suites was an exceptional accommodation that ticked all the boxes for a perfect stay. The rooms were wonderfully spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind after a busy day. The location was incredibly convenient while also being tucked away in a safe, quiet neighborhood that allowed for peaceful rest without the noise and chaos of the city center. The staff were very courteous and friendly, and the food very healthy and delicious. If you're looking for spacious, well-located accommodation with a safe and serene atmosphere, plus exceptional food service that genuinely caters to your specific dietary needs, Bidwood Suites is highly recommended!

Bidwood Suites was exactly what I needed - a large enough place to relax for a few days, recover, and then prepare for a few days of meetings. Overall, the property is nice, I felt safe and the staff are very friendly. I felt comfortable walking to nearby shopping, an office and coffee shop during the daytime. I would stay here again.

I’ve stayed to ere twice with my dog and my toddler and both times the staff were consistently professional and very courteous, the rooms are great and clean. Great location for business and shopping, but yet peaceful and quiet for rest and relaxation.

Always a great stay. Upfront staff, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff are all 5*. I stay there twice a year for a week or more. Excellent staff, centrally located to downtown - 5 minutes. Always ready to help and accommodate.

Very friendly staff. Restaurant is 24 hrs with a bar- great sett and food. Management were very helpful. This was our 2nd stay here on this trip.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

My wife and I stayed here 3 different times over a 5 1/2 week period. It was our "home base" for our trip to three African countries. The room we had was very quiet on an upper floor at the end of the hall. The room was large and very comfortable. The free breakfast is outstanding. A wide variety of food every morning and the chef is very good. The staff is friendly --everyone. We had no negative things to say about this hotel. I highly recommend it and I will always stay there any time I am in Nairobi.

First time and will definitely stay here again. Since they have a kichennette, could be good to furnish it a bit more. Spoons, plates and cutlery.

Friendly, helpful and good food

The Bidwood Suites in Nairobi Kenya was a dream stay for my Wife and I. The rooms were so nice and clean and we had a wonderful view of downtown Nairobi Westlands area with 2 Malls in walking distance. The staff were all exceptional from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff of which we have to point out Jesus’s and Nelson who made our stay even better with great service and a very friendly approach. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nairobi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with plans to come to Nairobi

The breakfast is great and the hours 7-11 and very convenient. The people are friendly and the location, next to Sarit is amazing.

I stayed at Bidwood for a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice, no complaints there. The staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for me. Great hotel and staff, would highly recommend

A wonderful place to stay. Friendly and very helpful staff members. We had a 2 day stay and the staff members made sure we were taken care of, and were able to accommodate a last minute tour of the city. A special thanks to Joseph and John for all the help and valuable information. Hope to see you all soon again.

I absolutely cannot fault this hotel at all, staff were super friendly, we were upgraded to business suites and they were absolutely fantastic. The location is fabulous and the breakfast was so plentiful and choice of food was wonderful. The staff in this hotel are just so welcoming and it makes me want to go back there soon. I will definitely be staying there on future trips :)

It was our first time in Kenya, and it was nice to be welcomed by the hotel's driver outside the airport. Esther was in touch with us even before our trip and helped to arrange for us to be picked up. She made us feel very much welcome throughout our stay, with her wonderful smile and warm personality. The restaurant had a great menu, a good mix of local food and "international food." The hotel was conveniently located close to a mall with a large supermarket (Carrefour), a health food shop, a book shop etc.

The hotel is located in Westlands, Nairobi very close to the corporate offices and Westlands Mall. The hotel staff and GM are very helpful. I had forgotten my money in the safety vault at the time of departure, but the hotel helped in transferring the money to me. The food and the breakfast buffet is also nice.
