Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet is diverse, delicious, and suitable for taste.

Great vacation, sea view room, beautiful view, convenient family trip, because the 2 rooms are connected. If 2 people go, it's separate. The hotel is only 3.5 stars, the room is a bit small and cramped, clean, the staff is friendly, cheerful and the security guards are very good and ready to help guests.

Nice hotel, nice interior, friendly and enthusiastic staff. Nice clean beach front. Basic breakfast buffet but for my family is ok. A little suggestion is that the foot wash in front of the hotel is clogged, the water drains slowly. this is simple, hope the hotel will fix it soon. I will introduce to acquaintances here when coming to Nha Trang.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, hôm mình đi thứ 7 nhưng giá phòng chỉ có hơn 600 cá, còn được nhân viên nâng cấp free sang phòng có ban công, có luôn cà buffer sáng nha. Rất tuyệt

Khách sạn mang danh 4 - 5 sao mà phục vụ kém, Buffet sáng thì nghèo nàn và dở tệ, không bao giờ quay lại MerPerle.

The hotel is clean but soundproof is not good, opposite is a beautiful beach. The breakfast is okay. Polite staff, good service.
