We enjoyed the property. Lots of activities. We had a few hiccups but the staff did a great job fixing them. They will try to push you into a membership and there are annoying venders on the beach. They offer scuba lessons in the pool than when we signed up they denied my husband without a health certificate from a doctor due to his diabetes. Super frustrating so know ahead if you want to scuba. Fresh towels daily and the enrertainmant staff were great. A huge shout out to jovayne who went above and beyond.

It was quiet and clean. Friendly staff.

Hotel was just okay. It had a lot of down falls like the pool closed at 6pm. Yes 6pm what kind of bull is that it could at least be open until 9. The beach bar closed at 6pm also. The ocean had so much seaweed and rocks they could at least clean the part of the ocean that is in front of their hotel. My husband got stung by something because you cant see past seaweed. I tried to get a mimosa from lobby bar at 10am they said bar opens at 11am that is stupid its a mimosa and its vacation. There was no entertainment until 9pm even a magic show. They hotel was decent to stay at but nothing to do. It was just boring unless you smoke And buy from the hustlers around

what can i say from check in to check out my time there was amazing staff was friendly room was clean food was amazing. The Michel Jackson experience at the calypso club is a must see performance.

It was ok

The Resort is 3 separate hotels so make sure you understand the one being booked. The beaches where we stayed had nice hibachi restaurant and the beach was right on the property not even having to walk far. The property had also a nice ice/cream parlor and for families a kids club that looked very organized. The food choice in the buffet was not changed often and the Jamaican dishes just were not very flavorful. I have eaten more spicier/ authentic Jamaican dishes in Queens NY! They need to change up the menu in the buffet.

Everything was very nice and quiet. Housekeeping did a great job with the room. The food at the resort was perfect

Overall, a great property for the price. FABULOUS local food and drinks with gorgeous views and pool. The rooms could use a deep clean/upgrade although we weren’t in the room much. The staff varied drastically with most being fabulous but we did have some run ins with the male staff. It’s also not particularly clear which parts of the Iberostar property you’re allowed on based on where you’re staying and staff was quite rude about us sitting too far down the beach.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very attentive and helpful. When we got there, there was a little delay in figuring out our room, and we were also there for my daughter’s birthday. Taking these things into consideration, the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade our room to an Ocean View. Our morning and evening views were spectacular! The beach was clean with plenty of seat options and shaded areas. The food was decent, I enjoyed the fresh fruits and juices in the morning and traditional Jamaican dishes offered. The prepared food areas were kept organized and clean. The pool was nice, clean and well tended to. The gym facility was great. I took advantage of one of the classes and had a really challenging workout. Entertainment could be a little better. Maybe have a live band on the wknds with a steel drum player. I think we had a good experience for ths amenities offered at the price point we paid.

Good location not too far from the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the only thing I didn’t like was the toilet in the room.

The property was outdated mold in the bathroom hold on the counters, elevator dangerous, and unstable, and I was not accommodated for the inconvenience

Small but great pool, restaurants and beach. Staff was very attentive.
