It was a terrible stay. DONT RECOMMEND. The owners (husbad/wife)at the desk are so very rude and the other lady;im guessing theyre all related, are rude as well. Constantly watched us while we walked around and while we were swimming in the pool. They have their dog roaming around the lobby without a leash. The pool is small and was so cold. When asked about heater, she was rude and said thats all she could do. The tv was broken in our room. The bed had bleach stains on the comforter. The mini fridge in our room didnt work. The AC wasnt great. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. They seem to try to find ANY reason to keep your deposit. We are a family of 5 and we did not enjoy our stay. Stay away!

On Sunday when I went to get ready to check out I saw 3 cockroaches scurry across the bathroom floor. Two ran under the sink through a crack in the wall. I caught the 3rd cockroach. I brought the cockroach to the front desk in a zip lock bag and discreetly showed the front desk assistant. There was a lot of people eating breakfast and in the main lobby. I didn’t want to cause a big disturbance so I quietly informed them of where I found it and requested a refund for my room. They said the manager would be calling me Monday. I didn’t receive a call Monday so I called Tuesday. I was advised a manger would call Wednesday or Thursday morning. I didn’t receive a call so once again I called the hotel. This time I was able to speak with the manager who advised me they couldn’t refund my room because I booked through Hotels.com and it would have to be from them. I contacted hotels.com and the agent said they had to call the hotel to get the hotel’s permission to refund the money. The hotel denied the refund. So the hotel lied about being the ones able to issue the refund. Hotels.com offered $50 in one key cash back. I used $28 for that room already and hotels.com denied refunding me the points I already used for the cockroach hotel as well. I called the hotel back and was told since I didn’t see them till Sunday that it shouldn’t be a problem since I stayed the full time. The second I saw the cockroaches Sunday I grab my stuff and checked out immediately, not staying for breakfast.

Simply put I just needed a clean place to rest and refresh without spending a ridiculous amount of money. This was clean, fair priced, convenient, and breakfast was available.

First room they gave us was dirty and smelled horrible from people smoking. second room was at least clean. Beds were very old and had big sunken holes, very uncomfortable. Eggs for breakfast were hard and had a grey color to them, Glad I brought my oatmeal cups! One good thing was the service.

This was a nice, clean property with a pretty good breakfast. Definitely a great deal for the price. I'm staying there again next week.

The employees were exceptional. Especially Nickie the manager!

The Patels (managers) were available, friendly, and professional. They were constantly cleaning and taking care of the property.

Very friendly

It was okay but we were hit with additional charges because our birthday girl’s friends who only came to wish her a happy birthday eat some pizza and leave were also counted as guests in addition to the 2 rooms required to have her 5 friends spending the night with her and 2 parents. Won’t stay at that location again.

Excellent customer service

I liked the location, the staff, and the lobby was kept well. I don’t like the bed, very hard and uncomfortable.

Very clean and nice hotel

Nicky at the front desk was very flexible with us. We had a group that required 7 rooms, each with two beds. We had accidentally booked some single rooms and she made sure we were still accommodated.
