The staff were okay, but they gave slow response and woke up late.

Hot water doesn't work and no electric kettle for hot water maker.

The location is strategic but the service is not good. When I check in, I have to find the MBA first. Already so in the remote, the AC is not there, the TV remote is also not there. Hot water also doesn't work. Room lights are also dim. The room also doesn't smell good.

Not recommended because I bring children, it's not right if we bring children the reason is the floor is not flat (specifically the room facing the rice field). There is a TV but no channels. The floor is a bit noisy if the children jump because they are not tiles but boards covered in carpet. So moving room eh it turns out the air conditioner is not cold alias just wind alone, finally back again to the previous room. The service from the receptionist is only modest. Less clean different than the one in the picture. Plus it's near Borobudur

The hotel facilities are very bad, the TV is off, the AC is off, the water is dead due to water damage (shower is not finished still using water soap does not work), there is no wardrobe. Really we are very disappointed and feel disadvantaged. Our holiday should have been pleasant but it turned into annoyance with the Alea hotel treat. I want to refund our funds back.
